What a beautiful one-of-kind piece! The freeform Australian Boulder Opal displays incredible flashes of green and blue with undertones of orange and red. The Opal is enrobed in 18 Karat Gold with an organic soft feeling. The Trillion-shaped Tanzanite and Diamonds top it perfectly while hiding an enhancer bail to allow the pendant to be worn even on beaded necklaces.
“Opallios” is hand engraved onto the back of the pendant. Our word “Opal” today is derived from the Greek word “Opallios” translating to, “to see a change in color.” While it’s meaning is quite literal, it is also poignant for someone during “change” in their life.
